I want to tell you about the inspiration for the Leonard Cohen song. In 1973 at Yom Kippur broke out terrible war. In this holy day Israel was attacked by Arab countries that surround it. Leonard Cohen arrived in Israel during the war. He performed voluntarily before soldiers about 3 months. L.Cohen experience the traumas of the people under war and their stories. This amazing song was born in this period of his life. As always he’s the best.
