No it is not… I … No it is not… I use a halogen bulb to discharge my 9.6v airsoft batteries. When one of those things is running at full wack, you can use it to light matches and singe paper from an inch away… and that’s just a bog standard 12v 50watt lamp.

Thought as much… my halogen bulbs I use for discharging batteries are 50w, and when run at 9.6v, they put out some serious heat.
