They are called Fire Training UK Ltd and we use them for all our fire training. They are very good value for money and we are pleased with their extinguisher servicing costs too (but you can just get the fire training if that's all you want). Its usually a 1 day course and covers things like the causes of fire, how to reduce the risk of fire and use of fire fighting equipment, along with info on the fire regulations. I'm in London so can't really give you any trainers - but I think places like St Johns Ambulance may offer it. Check http://www.sja.org.uk/sja/ - its usually called Fire Marshal training.
