I saw Chief Lasky’s presentation at FDIC this past year. If you ever get a chance, go to one of his pride and ownership seminars. He is an excellent speaker and its definitely worth your time.

Chief Lasky is great guy. This speech was amazing in full. If you havent taken one of his classes go. I promise you, you will learn more about yourself and reinvigorate your career.

I didn’t agree …
I didn’t agree about the generation X comment, Our newer generation at the fire station is held back from being aggressive and the technology and we’re trained better. the older firefighters think there training is done, they dont need to know anymore and has been trained enough. I’m tired of the old school thats whats getting people killed.
