I’ve been that volunteer…and I’ve worked with some real idiots.I mean..not very motivated..kinda know it all… that do stupid shit. I agree that sometimes..the UNPAID professional does a better job. He/She isn’t really motivated by money. They are there because they want to be. I wasn’t trying to put all volunteers in the same group
