or, they would pull … or, they would pull a couple trucks off of the one call to go to another, or maybe not i dont 100% know, but they have done that here countless times, when the assisting dept. has been called and they sent a couple trucks from the call, but like i dont really know, i have JUST started to study to be a volenteer at the local dept. so if any one has any good site to study from let me know, i would greatly appreciate it!
Holy shit, are you … Holy shit, are you serious? 21 engines in 1 station? Jesus mate. Thats alot. They must have atleast 100 firefighters in that building *maybe less, I’m just exaggerating,*
Have you been there before? and or do you have any vids of that. If you do please send them to me or post them here. Subscribing to you.
The next nearest … The next nearest in-service apparatus would respond. Shreveport has 21 Engines, 7 ladder trucks, 2 heavy rescues, 6 battalion chiefs, and if that is not enough they have mutual aid agreements with surrounding fire services which would send additional equipment if needed. If that is not enough then God help us.
GOD I love the … GOD I love the sound of those Q’s, I am dissapointed they don’t use them here in my town they have switched to those ridiculous electronic ones that use the existing siren box, I miss hearing that sometimes EERIE sound.
Oh, I … Oh, I missunderstood your question. A meeting was being held at the station and the apparatus was moved outside so there would be room to place tables for all the people attending.
Here apparatus … Here apparatus drivers don’t put on their bunker gear, and the other firefighters may put on their boots and bunker pants outside the rig, but there is plenty of room in the rescue and pumper to finish bunkering out. They even place their air mask on, have their air tank on, but do not hook up the air hose till they are on the scene.
