I know Palm Beach … I know Palm Beach County has ambulance’s with Pumps which I assume is what you are talking about, this has no pump, but i would bet those on bored are FF / EMT so there might be a SCBA or 2 plus Bunker gear,

and iv been in this kind of rig before. it has all the setup as a fire rescue rig.
