This video was created by Albert Belez with KETK NBC 56 for The Noonday Volunteer Fire Department after we lost two of our brothers. Captain Kevin Williams and Firefighter Austin Cheek. Albert has been at many of our fire scenes and has become a very familiar face to us. He did a beautiful job making this video. Kevin and Austin, “We will never forget you guys. Rest In Peace Brothers.”

this just basically tells u what can go wrong. and nothing bad to the paid people because there doing the same thing we are but us volunteers are out there risking our lives with nothing to ask for in return.Shit goes wrong ladies and gentlemen. roofs will give in. will blow up. and floors also give way. and if they do yes we may die. but listen here if we dont die are are back on the the day we get out of the hospital. why? because its in our blood. THANKS TO ALL STAY SAFE!!!

Still today, the …
Still today, the memory of these two brave firefighters does not leave my mind. Nor does it leave the mind of my fellow firefighters, nor the mind of the public, who are grateful of the service they gave. I will always remember them, as will the world. God bless these firefighters. May they rest in peace, for their work on earth is done.

Me and My father …
Me and My father are both firefighters. I was operating on scene when he fell through a floor and called a mayday. I collapsed when I heard the tones going over the radio for a firefighter down. Thats the third time he escaped a bad fire. the first time he survived a flash over. I thank god every day the only injury he had was a burn on his leg.

If it’s fully …
If it’s fully involved, why did they go inside? There’s a high probability that anyone inside is dead and gone. Maybe I’m thinking the wrong way. I know it’s the duty of fire fighters to save lives but there has to be a time where you just can’t. Volunteers don’t get the recognition they deserve. Especially financially. It’s sad to see many departments that are underfunded and have to resort to bake sales and fundraisers.
