No, they can’t fire you for being pregnant. Having said that, is there a probationary period for this job? usually jobs will have a 3 month probationary period (not all, some do, look in to it)During this 3 month time an employer can let you go for any reason ie: not working out, don’t need the extra help, cut backs, you just aren’t doing the job up to their standards, whatever, they don’t have to give a reason and can let you go for whatever reason and although they can’t fire you for being pregnant, they can easily make something else up and if you are in a 3 month probation period, they don’t have to give you a reason (even if it is due to pregnancy, they don’t have to say anything, just it isn’t working out) So look in to this first before, also it is very hard to prove a company let you go due to pregnancy, a company will not come out and say your fired for being pregnant, they will try and find a way around it and if you can’t prove it, not much you can do unfortunately. Best of luck and look in to their new hire policy (probation period etc)

With my first pregnancy I waited until my 3 months were up to tell my employer, you being 24 weeks, don’t really have that luxury, but you legally do not have to tell them (although I am sure they will be able to see your bump soon), but do have to give notice when you plan on leaving.

nope they can not against the law, and you don't have to tell them till you want to or its obvious, even then you don't owe any explanations. congratulations

No they can not fire you due to your pregnancy, that is illegal. Tell them when you are ready to tell them that you are expecting. I am 18 weeks and have not told my boss yet.

There’s no endurance to it, your skin isn’t gonna become more heat resistant just because you burn it. Pain tolerance is something you built over time, eventually you’ll learn to suck it up. I’ve been cut, bruised, and burnt, when your a kid you cry, when you grow up it’s mind over matter. You just learn to deal with it, I don’t see what you would accomplish by burning yourself other than some unnecessary pain.

Perhaps he didnt understand that is image and his ability to dictate lasts only as long as the owners chose! He is useful until he balks then will be reminded whats in some of the other "boxes" collected along the way.

Don't think it will ever happen. He knows all the other crooks, liars, and thieves in the Illinois government. He is to important to Obama and will help keep Obama from dealing with people he should not be dealing with. He knows the ins and outs of government which Obama who is a real newbie does not.
