Does anybody know alot about EV training in pokemon fire red?
I just started the game and i am in viridian city. I have a squirtle at level 8 with a lax nature. I know the basics to EV training and i would like to max out my squirtles hp and special defense and use the rest on regular defense. What type of pokemon should i battle to accomplish this?
I don’t know off the top of my head what the EV values are of specific pokemon in FR, but if you go to serebii.net pokedex they have EV points received from ever pokemon in all the games.

can my job fire me when i go to basic training?
i go to basic training between my junoir and senoir year in high school and my manager said that he will have to fire me. Is this true?
Legally, he is not allowed to do that because you are military personell. However, there are some anti-military managers out there that find ways around it. If he does, you can usually press charges. Talk to your recruiter about it. He can explain all of this to your manager in a peaceful way and win him over. Don’t try to do it yourself, it could get heated, then you really will be fired.

im joining a volunteer fire department how hard is training?
im joining a fire department as a volunteer and want to know how easy or hard it is im in really good shape so im not scared if its hard but if youve ever done this how hard is it
It depends on the training you do. Some of the training you’ll have to take is mostly bookwork with little physical activity. When you start training to go into fires is when things start to get rough. Personally I didn’t think the interior firefighter training was too hard, but there were some in the class who struggled. If you’re in good shape you should be fine. When you get into some of the more advanced firefighting classes things can become hard. Especially when you get into different types of Rescue. The best advice I can give you is to study and practice every chance you get until it becomes second nature to you.
